What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.fs-gallery.com/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at fs.team@fs-gallery.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping to European countries may take 2 to 4 business days and for USA it may take up to 8 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! Normally, shipping costs will apply according to your shipping address and will be added at checkout. But, at the moment, we are offering a FREE SHIPPING for EU, UK & USA. For other countries, please contact us. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. At the moment, we are offering special shipping, FREE SHIPPING to EU, UK & USA. So, don't worry about expensive shipping fees. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. Our support team also provided a section in our website so that our customers can easily track their order by writing their reference.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouses located in Portugal, Germany and Spain. 

How long does your shipment process take?

Generally, your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. During seasonal time like Black Friday, Christmas, order processing can take up 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order accurately. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It usually takes between 2-5 business days in average for your order to arrive if you are in EU & UK. If you are in USA, it may take up to 8 days. But, we always try to use the fastest way to deliver you your order.
